NEW DVD
Brand new DVD consisting of a 20 minute dynamic routine including sun salutations, chair, warriors and plank to invigorate you, with a separate 15 minute abdominal and back strengthening section. Cost is £9 or I can post it to you for £10.
DVDs - These are 20 minute sessions designed to fit in to your busy day, covering the essential postures that we do in class.
Dynamic Flowing Yoga I - this consists of a gentle, flowing standing warm up, followed by sun salutations, warriors and floor work for the back and abdominals.
Dynamic Flowing Yoga II - this has a floor based warm up including hip openers and shoulder stretches followed by some abdominal work, twists and a dynamic sun salutation sequence.
Both are ideal for increasing your strength and flexibility and are easy to fit in to your busy lives.
£5 each or £9 for both.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga
I qualified with The British Wheel and The British School of Yoga and started teaching Yoga in 2003. At the moment I teach 4 classes in Gloucestershire & Worcestershire, private one to ones and two classes for a gym. In the past I have taught school children and businessmen at corporate events.
I prefer to teach a flowing, and sometimes quite physical, style of Hatha yoga, which involves linking postures together to form sequences.
I believe that prevention is better than cure and everyone needs to take responsibility for their own health. Our bodies are designed to move and in our desk/sofa bound world, we all need to move them more!
Bredon Morning Class (10am-11.30am)
I want people to realise that everyone can do yoga – not just supple people. The benefits are enormous.
