  Class Schedule and Description

I teach several classes in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire as well as private sessions.

Monday 9.30am and 6.45pm at Bredon Village Hall, Bredon (no class on Bank Holiday Mondays)

These classes are both mixed ability sessions which include a warm up, flowing sequences including sun salutations, warriors, core strengtheners, breath work and a guided relaxation.

Tuesday 6.15pm (Gentle) and 7.45pm (Stronger Flow) at Overbury School Hall, Overbury

The 6.15pm class is a more gentle session with a longer warm up, flowing sequences, warriors, core work, breathing exercises and a guided relaxation.  It’s ideal for beginners, people with injuries or people who just want an easier session so that they can relax more.

The 7.45pm class is my version of Ashtanga yoga.  It is a strong flow of yoga sequences for an hour and finishes with a well deserved guided meditation.  If you don’t like plank - stay away!

These classes are held in the new school hall at Overbury.

Thursday 6.45pm Overbury School Hall, Overbury

This is a mixed ability session which includes flowing yoga

sequences, warriors, core strengtheners, breath work and a guided

relaxation.

This is a new school hall so it is well insulated, light and

spacious with plenty of parking.

New people welcome to come along and try each class as a

‘drop in’.
