20 years of teaching experience after completing the highest level of yoga teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga (the UK’s National Governing Body of Yoga).
Classes to suit everyone (beginners, people with injuries, experienced yogis)
Classes held in Bredon and Overbury.
No two sessions are the same - we aim to make the classes different each week.
Friendly attendees (we don't take it too seriously!)
We ‘bend the rules’ with traditional poses with an emphasis on the correct
alignment for the individual and look at moving our joints through their full range of motion.
My aim is for you to leave the session feeling better than when you came in!
Move, flow, breathe, strengthen and then relax.
Yoga is great for de-stressing the mind and body. We do a gentle warm up, some standing sequences, core strengthening, balancing and 15 minutes of relaxation/meditation at the end so you get a good all over workout, top to toe and a lie down!

Monday 9.30am - 10.30am
Monday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Thursday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
All classes are mixed ability and suitable for everyone except the Tuesday session which is a stronger, more challenging flow and is not suitable for beginners or people with injuries. Cost is £6 per week and you will have access to all 4 sessions.
Classes run every week (I don't stick to school term times) unless it's a Bank Holiday or I'm on holiday. New people are welcome to try the class as a 'drop in' before deciding whether they want to continue and commit to a block of sessions.
No classes on Bank Holidays.
