DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA?
Definitely not. Â Being inflexible is the best reason to take up yoga. Your flexibility will increase over time. Â Yoga complements other forms of exercises such as running & cycling and can help prevent injuries.
DO I HAVE TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT WITH ME?
A non-slip mat is needed but I can lend you one for the time being. Â Please bring a blanket (for relaxation time) and some water.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Loose, comfortable clothing like tracksuit bottoms or leggings.
WILL I BE THE ONLY MAN?
Classes are suitable for both men and women. Â They are predominantly female but there are several men in each class.
ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
