GROUP CLASSES

Yoga is great for de-stressing the mind and body.  We do a gentle warm up, some standing sequences, core strengthening, balancing and relaxation/meditation at the end so you get a good all over workout, top to toe and a lie down!

Monday 9.30am - 10.30am Online Session 

Monday 6.30pm - 7.30pm In Person class Bredon Village Hall

Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm - Online Session 

Thursday 6.30pm - 7.30pm - In Person class Overbury School Hall

All classes are mixed ability and suitable for everyone except the Tuesday session which is a stronger, more challenging flow and is not suitable for beginners or people with injuries.  

Cost

 £6 per week for the 2 online sessions plus the recordings

£8 per week for 1 in person session, the online classes and the recordings

£10 per week for 2 in person sessions, the online classes and the recordings.

Classes run every week (I don't stick to school term times) unless it's a Bank Holiday or I'm on holiday.  New people are welcome to try the class as a 'drop in' before deciding whether they want to continue and commit to a block of sessions.  

 

 No classes at Bredon on Bank Holidays.
